- On the order page. Build your usual order, tick “Make this a standing order” and choose how often.
- By text. Send us what you want and how often, and we’ll set it up and confirm.

Questions
Does a standing order cost more?
No. Same prices, no fee and no contract. You pay at pickup as usual.
How do I change or pause it?
Text us before Friday at 12:00 PM and the change applies to that week’s batch.
What happens when stock is short?
Standing orders are filled before one-off orders. If we still can’t fill a size, we text you before Monday with the options.
Do the pickup rules still apply?
Yes. Each week’s order is held for seven days, live rodents are still prepaid, and an order left uncollected with no word counts as abandoned. If you’re away, just text us to skip.
