How it works
One order a week. One stop to collect it.
Fresh stock comes in every week. Order ahead and you get exactly the sizes and counts you need, ready to collect in Stony Plain.
Order by Friday noon
Build your order on the site. Orders placed by Friday at 12:00 PM go into that week’s batch. Miss the cutoff and your order rolls into the next one.
It arrives Friday
Your order comes in with that Friday’s delivery, packed for your order. You don’t need to confirm anything.
We text you Monday
When your order is ready, you get a text. Pick it up any weekday, 11 AM–5 PM, no appointment. It’s never ready the same Friday you order. Live insects are best picked up early in the week.

Keepers first.
We’re Patrick and Marlena. Like most keepers, we’ve loved reptiles since we were young, and we’ve kept them for years. We started Wild Rose to bring affordable feeders to the area, so more people can experience the magic of reptiles without it costing a fortune.

Every order is packed for you from that Friday’s fresh stock. Nothing has been sitting on a shelf waiting for a buyer.
You only pay for what you take home.
If anything is wrong or missing at pickup, you don’t pay for it. If you’ve already paid, we refund it right away. Still want it? We’ll add it to next week’s order. And a price never changes unless you’ve agreed to it first.
Honest advice, even if you spend less.
Ask us what your animal needs and you’ll get a straight answer, even when that means a smaller order. We’d rather keep you as a customer than oversell you once.

- First call on short stock. When a size runs short, standing orders are filled first.
- Change it by text. Skip a week, change sizes or pause anytime before Friday noon.

When a keeper you refer collects their first order, you each get a $5 credit on your next one. They just put your name in the “Referred by” box when they order.
- Every referral counts. Each new keeper who collects a first order earns you another credit.
- Comes off your next order. The credit is applied at pickup.

When is the order cutoff?
Every Friday at 12:00 PM, Mountain Time. Orders that come in after that go into the next week’s batch automatically. You don’t need to resend them.
Can I pick up on the same Friday I order?
No. Your order comes in with that Friday’s delivery, so it’s ready starting the Monday after. This week’s pickup dates are shown at the top of every page.
When and where do I pick up?
Starting the Monday after you order, any weekday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Pickup is at 5019 47 Ave in Stony Plain, just off 50th Street, on the same property as Computer Wall. If you see the Computer Wall sign on the gate, you’re in the right place. No appointment needed. Closed weekends.
How do I pay?
By cash, debit or Interac e-Transfer. Most orders are paid at pickup. Live rodents, and a first order of $100.00 or more, are paid ahead: e-Transfer anytime, or stop by during pickup hours and pay by cash or debit.
Do I need to confirm my order?
No. The site confirms your order was created when you submit it, and that’s all you need. We text you on Monday when it’s ready for pickup, and otherwise only if a price changes or you’ve made a special request.
Can I just drop by?
For the in-stock list, yes, during pickup hours. Text us first so we can confirm we have the quantity you need. Everything else is by weekly order.
