Buying and thawing frozen feeders
Collected frozen
Frozen orders stay frozen until you collect them. Bring a cooler bag in summer if you have a long drive home.
Thaw it right
Overnight in the fridge, or sealed in cool water. Never the microwave. Thawing guide.
Same price per mouse
A 25-pack costs the same as 25 singles. Buy the pack size that fits your freezer, not the one that looks cheaper.
